Kebutuhan Belajar Mahasiswa dalam Konteks Multikultural: Studi Mata Kuliah Ekonomi Syariah di STEBI Tanggamus Lampung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ekonomi Syariah dalam konteks kelas multikultural di STEBI Tanggamus, Lampung. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali dinamika pembelajaran di tengah keberagaman budaya, latar pendidikan, dan nilai keagamaan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan materi pembelajaran yang relevan secara kontekstual, metode pengajaran yang adaptif, dan dukungan teknologi yang inklusif. Selain itu, keberagaman juga memunculkan tantangan seperti hambatan komunikasi dan ketimpangan partisipasi, namun dapat diatasi melalui strategi pengajaran yang responsif dan penguatan nilai-nilai toleransi serta kolaborasi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kurikulum ekonomi syariah yang inklusif dan kontekstual di pendidikan tinggi Islam.
